How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Neededuntil Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Neededuntil Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, start by telling the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and when.

We still want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Neededuntil Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@neededuntil.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That can include reaching out to the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
